SkiL is a drag'n'drop application launcher that shows up when pressing a hotkey ( default: ALT ESC). It's supports skinning to make it look exactly like you want.
The main purpose of SkiL is to make items on your desktop like applications, files, folders, URLs, ... quickly and easily accessible. SkiL is invisible unless you press the activation hotkey.
